Availability of Institutional and Financial Aid Information
See the Financial Aid Office for any information or to request a paper copy of any of the following policies.
Institutional information that the institution must make readily available to enrolled and prospective students under this subpart includes, but is not limited to:
a) Cost of Attendance
-(including tuition and fees for FT and PT, books and supplies, room and board, transportation costs, any additional cost of a
program in which a student is enrolled or expresses a specific interest)
b) Refund Policy
c) Official Withdrawal Procedures
d) Return of Title IV Grant or Loan Assistance
e) Academic Programs
- (including programs offered, instructional, laboratory, and other physically facilities which relate to each program, institution’s
faculty and instructional personnel, any plans by the institution for improving the academic program of the institution upon
determination by the institution that such a plan exists)
f) Names of associations, agencies or governmental bodies that accredit, approve, or license the institution
g) Facilities (including those available to students with physical and intellectual disabilities)
h) Titles and contact information for employees designated to give institutional and financial assistance information and how and
where these persons may be contacted
i) Copyright Infringement Policy
- (explicitly informs its students that unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, including unauthorized peer-to-peer
file sharing, may subject the students to civil and criminal liabilities; summary of the penalties for violation of Federal
copyright laws, description of the institution's policies with respect to unauthorized peer-to-peer file sharing, including
disciplinary actions that are taken against students who engage in illegal downloading or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials using the institution's information technology system)
j) Transfer Credit Policy
The institution must make available for review to any enrolled or prospective student upon request:
a) A copy of the documents describing the institution's accreditation and its State, Federal, or tribal approval or licensing.
b) Contact information for filing complaints with its accreditor and with its State approval or licensing entity and any other
relevant State official or agency that would appropriately handle a student's complaint.
