Gainful Employment Disclosures
On July 1, 2019, the U.S. Department of Education published final regulations in the Federal Register rescinding the 2014 gainful employment regulations.
Pursuant to the final regulations published on July 1, 2019, and the sub-regulatory guidance published June 28, 2019 (Electronic Announcement #122),
The Chrysm Institute of Esthetics, OPEID#: 042204-00, chose to early implement the final regulations, including the rescission of the regulations at 34 CFR part 668 subpart Q and subpart R effective on July 1, 2019.
