Credit for Experience/ Transfer

It is the policy of The Chrysm Institute to credit hours previously earned at State licensed learning institutions. A certified and verifiable transcript is required from an accredited institution. In addition, you must successfully pass theory exams. An evaluation of practical application may be necessary for determining the number of hours you will be credited and the number needed to complete the course.  The maximum transferrable hours accepted at our institution are in accordance with Virginia State Regulations. The Chrysm Institute does not guarantee transferability of credits earned to any other institution. With regard to Satisfactory Academic Progress, a student’s transfer hours will be counted as both attempted and earned hours.
